Kangana Ranaut has opened up about the delay in the release of her latest movie, Emergency. The film, which was supposed to hit theatres on September 6, was postponed due to pending certification from the censor board. Several Sikh outfits have also opposed the film’s release, claiming it presents the community in a negative light.
However, the actress was speaking at the News18 India Chaupal event on Monday in New Delhi, when she argued that only some people have an objection to her movie. She questioned those defending Bhindranwale and made a strong statement saying he was not a saint but a terrorist.

“Naturally, my film was supposed to be released. I put all my personal property on it. Now that it’s not released, so anyway, that’s what properties are for – for times of crisis,” Kangana said.
