Womb-Moon Yoga: Womb & Heart connection - chambers of creation and union

Womb and Heart…These two organs and energy centers often need much healing and love nowadays as we neglect our feminine being.

The womb is our powerhouse - the chamber of creation. Womb gives us roots and promotes trust in life, safety, and magnetism. The feminine way of creating is co-creating by magnetizing what we desire.

The heart is our “love house”- the chamber of the union. The heart gives us wings to fly with feelings of joy, innocence, freedom, connection, oneness, and ecstasy.

The Womb is the foundation for the Heart. In Tantric traditions, Womb power is called Shakti and Heart Devotion is Bhakti; in Gnostic traditions, it’s called Christ Heart and Magdalene Womb. Being firmly rooted allows us to fly high. Coming together they truly create one’s Essence or Soul.

When truly embodied in the womb we can go deep into our feelings without fear of being lost in anger, grief or other difficult to process emotions. Eg. When I’m grounded in my womb, it supports my heart staying open nd compassionate even in anger. I know saying NO to someone means saying YES to myself and what’s important.

The womb is a crucible for the alchemy magic, and the alchemy transmutation agent is Love in our Hearts. We can only love ourselves and others when we are embodied in the Womb and sexuality.

When we close down our Womb, our Heart also begins to close from its fullest potential, as it’s the power of womb wildness that supports the Heart to fly free.
