Background:
This feature was the first release of Gloria Swanson’s own company for United Artists and adapts the 1917 Broadway play Eyes of Youth; director Albert Parker had also filmed the play in 1919. Production took place in New York, and the picture served as the opening-night feature for the Roxy Theatre when it debuted in Manhattan in March 1927.
