In this beginner tutorial we will learn the conveyor belt or elbow roll, another great trick to get you started with the contact staff. The conveyor belt will teach you how to transition through and gain control of multiple pivot or rotation points by changing the positions of your arms. I t is also another great trick to gain control of the vertical plane, and will allow you to do some great variations and transitions in the future.
