Comparison of Bumot pannier and BMW Vario Panniers on BMW F750GS

In this video I compareIn this video I compare my panniers from Bumot with my old BMW Vario cases.
That’s not only the volume that differs between the two type of panners even if the size is very obvious. Bumot panniers are enormous and sturdier than the vario panniers. The vario cases is loded from the side and Bumots from the top. The left Varios case is ok you can actually fit a medium size fulface helmet inside, but the right is ridiculously small due to the reductions for the muffler. I like the style of the Bumot panniers better and I also find of like the look of the pannier rack on that type of bike. But for Sonja the Vario panniers are probably the best option because the like that’s there is no needs of any racks for the vario cases.
Of course there is pros and cons with both type of panniers and accept for the size its much about personal choice.
