A few days before a King Tide, storm waves broke through the Berm between Cleone Lake and the Pacific Ocean at MacKerricher Park in Cleone, California. If the storm and the King tide had hit at the same time the damage could have been much greater. This is a collection of 3 different days and the changing conditions at MacKerricher Beach.
MacKerricher State Park is a beautiful coastal park located in Mendocino County, California. The park encompasses approximately 1,600 acres and features a wide range of habitats, including sandy beaches, dunes, wetlands, forested areas, and rocky coastline.

One of the highlights of MacKerricher State Park is the Laguna Point Boardwalk, which offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore the park's coastal environment.
