6. Gluttony – Binge-watching endlessly without purpose.


7. Sloth – Wasting hours when we could be growing in holiness.



Yes, YouTube can be used for good—but too often it leads us into sin and away from God.

So take a step back. Put the phone down. Be present with the One who loves you enough to die for you. He’s calling you not to more content, but to communion—with Him and with His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
