饺子是中国传统食物。花样饺子的包法也很多种。其中我最爱的是玫瑰花饺子。这个玫瑰饺颜值高,口味佳,不仅能吃,也能当作爱心花朵送给最爱的人。它既可以蒸(玫瑰蒸饺),又可煎(玫瑰花煎饺)。加上我自制的虾仁韭菜猪肉鲜虾肉馅,就是今天介绍给大家的玫瑰花韭菜虾仁饺子。希望你会喜欢!

Rose Dumplings Steps:
1) Take 3 dumpling wrappers and stack them from left to right.
2) Put a small amount of minced meat in the middle roll of the dumpling wrapper, don't put too much or it will be difficult to roll.
3) Cover well the dumpling wrapper.
4) Roll up from left to right.
5) Dip a little water on the side of the rolled rose dumpling to make the dumpling skin stick together.
6) Repeat the above steps to make more rose dumplings.
7) Place the rose dumplings into a steamer & start to steam in cold water, steam for 25 minutes on high heat, or you can use pan-fry method to cook the rose dumplings.

玫瑰花饺子步骤:
1) 取3张饺子皮从左往右依次叠上。
2) 在饺子皮的中间位置放上一排小量的肉馅,不要放太多,多了后面比较难卷。
3) 小心合上饺子皮。
4) 从左边向右卷起来。
5) 卷好的玫瑰花饺子边上沾一点水,让饺子皮黏合。
6) 重复以上步骤做出更多的玫瑰花饺子。
7) 冷水上蒸锅,大火蒸煮25分钟,也可以用生煎煎饺的方法来煮。

Homemade Pork Prawn and Chive Dumpling Gyoza Potstickers Fillings Recipe
自制虾仁韭菜猪肉馅配方:

Ingredient:
Ground Pork 1 lb
Ground Shrimp 1 lb
Chinese Chives 1 bunch
Dry Shiitake Mushroom 10 pc

材料:
猪肉碎 1磅
虾肉碎 1磅
韭菜 1束
干香菇 10颗

Seasoning:
Corn Starch 2 tsp
Mushroom Powder 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Chicken Broth 4 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp

调料:
玉米粉 2小匙
冬菇粉 2小匙
糖 2小匙
胡椒粉 1小匙
鸡高汤 4汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
麻油 1汤匙

Preparation:
1) Soaked the dried shiitake mushrooms, then finely chopped.
2) Unshelled and chopped shrimp.
3) Chopped garlic chives.

材料预备:
1) 干香菇泡软,切碎。
2) 虾去壳切碎。
3) 韭菜切碎。

Dumpling Stuffing:
1) Add all the ingredients into a big bowl except for the Chives.
2) Mix it up evenly, wrap the bowl with plastic wrap & put it into the refrigerator for 15-30mins.
3) After 15-30 minutes, take the mixed filling out from the refrigerator.
4) Begin to add the Chives in small batches, several times, adding a small amount each time, mixing the Chives & meat fillings together.

饺子馅:
1) 除韭菜外,将所有食材放入大碗中,
2) 搅拌均匀食材,用保鲜膜包裹碗,然后放入冰箱15~30分钟。
3) 15分钟后,将肉馅从冰箱中取出。
4) 必须分开加入韭菜几次,每次添加少量,将韭菜和肉馅混合在一起。
