In this vlog, we share Luke’s latest procedure — his sedated Botox injections. For kids with cerebral palsy and high tone, Botox isn’t about “cosmetics” — it’s a medical necessity. It helps calm overly tight muscles, reduce spasms, improve positioning, and even support things like seizure control and jaw tightness.

We take you behind the scenes of what this process looks like for Luke, why it’s important for his comfort and health, and what the first few days of recovery have been like. Right now, we’re seeing some temporary increases in stiffness, spasms, and seizures, but the full effects can take a few weeks to show. We’re hopeful this treatment will give his body much-needed relief.
