Stuffed Bacon Cheddar Burgers:
Mix together the following:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. quick oats or finely chopped regular oats
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder

You will also need:
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 c. cooked bacon bits, chopped finely

Divide meat into 8 equal portions. Take each portion, divide in half and flatten into two thin patties. Sandwich a small amount of cheddar cheese and bacon bits between the two and crimp together the whole way around the patty. Grill as desired. Top with whatever toppings you wish. Place on a bun and enjoy!
