How to Pull Focus With The Ronin RS3 Pro | DJI Focus Motor

On a normal film set, the 1st AC is pulling focus. Either by the camera or remotely. On low-budget indie film sets it's often the director operating the camera and pulling focus. But how do you do it while holding a gimbal?
