I had originally recorded this Arm series to "Between the Raindrops" by Natahsa Bedingfield and Lifehouse, but do to copy right, I decided to take it down. Enjoy!

My first no weighted arm series was a huge hit... so it is only necessary to make a part II. No weights needed. Keep your shoulders away from your ears and shoulder blades squeezed together. Connect to your muscles and control the movements of your arms, do not let them just flail around :) ENJOY
