Hola guap@s! Que tal estan? Hoy empecé a grabar este video y a mano a mano que lo grababa, me sentia mas alegre y segui grabando casi media hora! Usé un poco de todo: floam (plastiquita cosquillosa suuuuper buena, se la recomiendo), sonidos cosquillosos, tapping, crinkling, motivacion y pensamiento positivo con frases motivacionales... Bueno, hice todo con mucho cariño porque la verdad es que ustedes son tan especiales y los quiero muchisimo! Quisiera hacer mas y mas!
