I am quite embarrassed about how much foot strength I have lost the last few weeks having not walked very much (it got very wet in the UK) and also not having dusted off my Mobo Board recently - you are seeing me in my raw, unedited format in this!

There aren't too many 'gadgets' that I endorse but I think the Mobo Board is extremely powerful. For me, I cannot recreate the glute burn I get in this in any other activity or movement that I do!

There is no set way/length you need to do this for - do it until you're knackered (might only be 10 reps and that's fine) and then try for a bit longer the next day!
