Hello Everybody!
We traveled to Coorg from Bangalore for two days and this is our day 1 vlog, we were staying at Hillcrest Resort in Coorg and we went to Omkareshwar Temple, Coorg Cuisine Restaurant, Animane Cafe, Coorg Coffee Estate visit, Abby Falls and Mandalpatti View Point. Monsoon isn't the best month to visit Coorg but waterfalls do swell up in monsoon so Abby falls was looking absolutely Heavenly, but river rafting and Elephant camp in Dubare were not available to visit in July last week because of the heavy downpour. Mandalpatti must be visited at the start of the day since by the time its evening, coming back from there might get slightly risky, plus we will not advise you to visit in the Monsoons, since its a viewpoint and it gets so foggy due to rain that nothing is visible, so its waste of time and money, instead spend time on visiting Raja's seat or different waterfalls and be safe! It was slightly chilly so we will recommend carrying light warm layers and definitely umbrella and raincoats are a must. Packing a lot of clothes would be advisable since in monsoon, you will get drenched and nowhere to really dry your clothes. if you love monsoon, you will love Coorg at this time otherwise you might not be able to enjoy the view here.
