2.Client

Check quality of materials
To interact with client during their site visits
Check curing and soaking of materials
Maintain the site always clean
Maintain the site without any issues to the neighbors
Unloading materials should not block the street roads
Unloading materials should not block the street drainage
Removal of farm work as per spec

3.Labours

Better interactions to labours and to get review of the work or product
Arrangements for next day work
Periodic tea breaks
