DDA LIG Flats Ashoka Pahari Delhi Jhandewalan Metro Station | DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has recently launched a new housing scheme i.e. DDA Special housing scheme 2025. In this scheme, DDA is offering LIG (1BHK), MIG (2BHK) and HIG (3BHK) flats at different locations like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Ashoka Pahari, Jahangirpuri, East of Loni and Faizabad.

All the flats launched in this scheme are e-auction based where applicants will be asked to bid for these flats.

Registrations for this scheme will start on 14-01-2025 and the final submission for the auction will be on 06-02-2025. At Ashoka Pahari, DDA has offered 30 LIG flats which comes with an area of 44.73 sqm and a reserve price of 44.40 lacs.
