This video shows you how to mashed potatoes and eggrolls!

Ingredients for the Mashed Potatoes:
4 cups of water
1 kg of potatoes peeled and chopped
1 cup of milk
50 grams of butter
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp is black pepper

Eggroll Filling:
1 tbsp of oil
200 grams of ground meat
1/3 cup of onion chopped
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of oregano powder
1/2 tsp of salt

How to Prepare the Eggrolls:
1/4 package of phyllo pastry
50 grams of melted butter
3/4 cup
Fry the eggrolls and flip once golden.

TIP: You can serve the eggrolls with a dip of yougrt and diced cucumbers!
