AGROSAW Specific Gravity Separator is specifically meant for removing impurities and achieving very high grading quality in any free-flowing granular material, like all types of seeds, grains, spices, etc. It removes the impurities on the basis of specific weight.
Gravity Separator used for the separation of the product of almost identical size with different weights.

• Z-box is provided for cushioning & proper material flow
• Variable inclination of deck side-wise and length-wise
• Heavy duty and robust structural frame to absorb the vibrations
Seed collecting spouts are fitted with the bag holding clamps
• Eccentrics are counterbalanced giving smooth oscillating action to the deck
• Big feeding hopper with adjustable height and variable feeding rate through a controlled gate
• Built-in air filters can be easily removed for easy access to the moving parts
• Screw type arrangement for each fan for controlling the quantity of air
• Deck is fitted with hydraulic cylinders to facilitate its easy opening

The separator works on a fluidised bed principle; the air is forced through the deck causing the heavy fraction to move uphill, while the light fraction floats downhill. Variation in deck speed, air volume, deck material, deck angle (lengthwise and sidewise), depth of product and take-off points. Allow effective separation to be achieved on almost any dry product. This machine is absolutely necessary for producing seeds of wheat and barley for sowing. It raises the ratio of the germination of those seeds.

Gravity Separator uses a combination of air for weighing, vibration and fluidization and conveying, and tilt for separation. Made for ease of use, longevity and accuracy, Agrosaw separators sort dry, granular, free-flowing material into streams according to particle density. Power controls and automation [optional] simplify setup and operation and help operators with a minimum of training to achieve professional results. Automation also enables these machines to be integrated into today's fully automated, 24/7 plant operations agriculture, lumber, powder bulk, recycling and mining industries.
