Power Rangers interviewed by Anthea Turner (1994)

Amy Jo Johnson, Jason David Frank, and David Yost - a.k.a. Kimberly, Billy, and Tommy - are interviewed on GMTV, live via satellite from Australia, where they're filming on location. Maybe Friday, 28th October, 1994. It's a slightly wasted opportunity to be honest: I think it tries to be an interview for both kids and parents, but ends up something of a mishmash, not helped by the audio delay. It comes across as a bit of a public service announcement of sorts, imploring young viewers not to brain themselves or each other in trying to copy the moves, and also playing up the positive messages of self-esteem etc. etc. etc.

After that, there's a piece from Chessington World of Adventures, and then we have the Mr Motivator presentation around an actual Power Rangers episode about a cheerleader, Mr M himself surrounded by cheerleaders, and then after an ad break the Carlton opening ident features, you've guessed it...
