This is the new, facelifted 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross G. It features an updated grill design and taillights. It is powered by a hybrid, 1.8 Liter inline-4 cylinder, 16 valve dual overhead cams (DOHC), and chain drive with VVT-i that pushes out 122 ps of power and 142 Nm of torque @. 3600 rpm. It features LED projector headlights, daytime running lights (DRLs), and fog lamps. It also has a built-in back camera, front camera, and dash cam.

It has a trunk space of 750 L and when we lay down the second-row seats, we have a spacious 1890 L of cargo space. The wheels and reserved wheel are 10 spoke 17 inches alloy. It features a sharks fin antenna and black plastics accents for style. Complimenting these are HEV badges and emblems with blue highlights that Toyota uses as a designation for Hybrid Electric Vehicles. There are no more gasoline only variants of the new Toyota Corolla Cross that are sold in the Philippines.

Other notable features include a built-in dash cam, wireless charger, a 10" touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity, automatic climate control, automatic rain sensing, auto fold mirrors, power windows (automatic on the driver side), drive modes, traction control, and an EV mode.

At the time of recording, the vehicle is available in 3 colors: Celestite Gray Metallic, Metal Stream Metallic, and for an additional PHP 15,000, Platinum White Pearl Mica.

Priced at PHP 1,498,000 for Celestite Gray Metallic and Metal Stream Metallic and PHP 1,513,000 for Platinum White Pearl Mica, it is an affordable entry level hybrid compact crossover SUV from Japan.
