Antenna Preselector: Is It Worth It?

In this video, we're going to talk about how to use an antenna pre-selector to reduce interference and improve your radio reception.

An antenna pre-selector is a device that allows you to choose which radio frequencies to receive, based on the type of interference is present. This can be very useful if there's a lot of interference in your area, or if you just want to improve your radio signal quality. By using an antenna pre-selector, you can greatly reduce the amount of interference in your radio signal, making it easier to receive clear radio transmissions. We take a look at the MFJ 1040C Pre-Selector and put it on the Rigol Spectrum Analyzer. We'll take a close look at how the pre-selector works, and what it is doing to deaden unwanted signal from the radio.
