1,500 Foreign domestic workers rise for justice in Hong Kong

This is the One Billion Rising for Justice 2014 that more than 1,500 women from all over Hong Kong participated in. The women, many of whom are foreign domestic workers, joined in as they campaign for justice for Erwiana and all other women migrant workers who fall victim to abuse, exploitation and all forms of violations.

Their OBR4J 2014 happened on February 9, 2014.

It's estimated that one in three women will be beaten or raped in her lifetime -- that's 1 billion women. On 14th of February One Billion Rising will call for women and men to rise up and demand justice for survivors of gender violence. Are you taking part?
