How to create new branch or from main
First go to main branch - git checkout main or git switch main
Git checkout -b update-readme-file
How to push code on github
Once you edit any file, to push on github use below commands
First check what changes you have done so use
Git status
Then give some message to remember your changes
Git commit -am “Write some message”
Then push your changes using
Git push origin update-readme-file

How to create PR
Go to github.com then go to your project repo
Then click on new pull request button
Then choose the base branch and compare branch
Then just click on create pull request button
Then share that your to your manager
How to merge your changes into main branch
Once your manager receive the PR they just review your code changes and just click on merge pull request button

Then How to take updated code pull
Simple command - git pull origin main - but we should know from where or which branch i need to take the pull
