A bit less than the $64 billion dollar valuation at which Softbank acquired its 25% stake last month, but still a better deal for them then selling it to Nvidia for $40billion which they passed up on last year.

And lastly

Warner Bros Discovery announced it expects an earnings hit of up to $500 million as the actors and writers strikes drag on and continue to drag down profits for studios.

The projections for investors are assuming the strikes continue til the end of the year and right now they don’t show any signs of stopping.
