The new video is of me charging the oil lines on a Seadoo GTX DI 951 Engine. Video is 3 minutes or so. I don't make long videos. All you guys are smart and JUST NEED the FACTS. Ha Ha.

This video you are viewing is me Priming the Oil lines on a 1996 Seadoo GTX. I just inserted the plastic "pump drive adapter" into the drill motor (this is the adapter inserts into crankshaft and drives the oil pump during engine operation). It is not necessary to wire the throttle on the oil pump open as the pump fails open so when you turn the pump it will pump the oil through the lines. Be sure to open the bleed screw on the oil pump to get the air out of the system prior to pumping or you'll get air in the lines. Be gentle tightening the bleed screw it is very small. If you notice you are getting consistent air in the lines as you pump the screw may be loose or the copper gasket may be missing. I use small ty wraps to hold the lines in place. Be SURE you have tygon lines for the oil lines... I had a line disintegrate in 3 months just from sitting with oil in it. I check those lines before I install them to make sure they are pliable and in strong. Gotta WATCH those vendors they will sell you junk. Good Luck !!
