Sponge Bob has a problem in his ear, so he needs to go to an ear doctor to see what is the problem he is suffering, so he can show us all that he is able to recover from his health problem. Well, the surprise is you'll have authenticity of the doctor in the new game, you'll have to clean the ear with chopsticks specialized to clean ears, ear wash them well, as there is dirt in the ear, after that you put a device that can give you a closer view, like a magnifying glass, to find out what kind of trouble Spongebob has. After you think the treatment paid off, you will need to let Sponge Bob out in real life, so you can prepare to your next patients who have such problems with their ears as well.
