🧾 Ingredients – Plum Cake
Black raisins
Golden raisins
Cashews (chopped)
Almonds (chopped)
Tutti frutti
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons milk powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon water
Cherries and extra dry fruits (for garnish)


👉Full Recipe of Plum Cake:-
First, take your favorite dry fruits.
I have taken black raisins, chopped cashews, almonds, some tutti frutti, and golden raisins.
Add one-third cup of orange juice to it.
Mix everything well and soak this mixture for one hour.

Now, let’s prepare the caramel.
Take half a cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt on low heat.
Once the sugar is completely melted, add half a cup of water.
Stir slowly and carefully to make a smooth caramel syrup.

Next, let’s prepare the batter.
In a bowl, take one-fourth cup of oil, one-fourth cup of milk, and one-fourth teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Mix everything well.
Now sieve one cup of all-purpose flour and three tablespoons of milk powder.
Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and cardamom powder mixture to it.

Slowly add the caramel syrup to the dry ingredients while whisking continuously.
If required, add a little more syrup to adjust the consistency.
The batter should be smooth and pourable.
Now add the soaked dry fruits to the batter and mix gently.
Finally, add one teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Add one teaspoon of water and whisk everything well.
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin lined with butter paper.
Garnish with your favorite dry fruits and cherries on top.
Bake the cake in a preheated kadai for about thirty-five minutes.
And your delicious plum cake is ready to serve.
