After years of searching, Amber Franks found a work home at Via of the Lehigh Valley that allows her to be herself. As a Cleaning Associate working on UniqueSource contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Amber’s success is a combination of her determination and a work environment that listens to and supports her individual needs.

Amber received the UniqueSource Achievement Award during a ceremony and banquet on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
