Our Client was charged with a High Range DUI offence with a Blood Alcohol Concentration Reading of 0.162.

The incident involved an accident where the defendant narrowing avoided crashing into another vehicle by swerving off the side of the road and crashed into a ditch.

Thankfully no one around and no injuries sustained.

Our client did the right thing by completing the Traffic Offenders Program and we were able to show the court how our client had been experiencing some emotional and stressful problems just prior to the incident.
