Soft Acrylic Painting A Great Blue Heron

Watch to see my acrylic painting process with close-ups as I fine tune this carving of a great blue heron. Softness is critical. I paint in numerous layers of paint finely dry brushing feather plumes, including quills, barbs, and splits. Notice the subtle different in color hues, values, and intensity.
