Welcome to my Gym vlog! 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🏋🏽‍♀️
I'm going to be showing you all my updated leg day routine as well as my overall gym routine. I love to end my workout with 30-60 minutes of cardio on the stair master, stretches, and a good 10-20 minute reading/meditation session in the sauna.

We are entering the winter arc, meaning I'm going to be filming a majority of my workouts in a hoodie and sweatpants until after the New Year (I may pop out in my regular gym attire from time to time since I do live in Arizona and the weather is still fairly warm on certain days) but for the most part we're keeping the pump cover ups on.
