How to Restore Your Block Paved Driveway's Curb Appeal Cleaning and Re-Sanding Services in Northants

TCM Jet Wash Drives: "Restoring the Curb Appeal of Your Block Paved Driveway: Cleaning and Re-Sanding Driveway Services in Wollaston, Northants" on July 9th, 2024. We undertook the cleaning and re-sanding of a significantly large driveway in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

The driveway was heavily affected by moss, black spot lichen, white spot lichen, algae, and an accumulation of grime over time. Recognizing the extensive work required, we were prepared to invest the necessary time to rejuvenate the aesthetic appeal of this lovely property.

Using our turbo nozzle attached to the pressure washer, we started cleaning in between the joints and the blocks. After about five hours, we had finished half of the driveway and the surrounding areas, including the carport.

After finishing the cleaning process, we proceeded to tidy up by washing off any splashes we had made on walls, windows, fences, etc. Once we were content with the clean up, we treated the joints of the blocks with weed killer before allowing the driveway to dry.

After four days, we came back to sweep kiln-dried sand into the joints of the blocks. This step is crucial to maintain the stability of the blocks. Following a few hours of sand brushing, the driveway regained its original appearance, and we successfully enhanced its curb appeal!
