Panzer Corps 2 | Scenario | Crete (Operation Mercury)

Welcome to Panzer Corps 2!

I haven't made a PzC2 video in ages...but here I am :-)

Operation Mercury, the airborne invasion of Crete, recreated for PzC2. Really well done. You only have paras, planes, and a VERY limited selection of other units (light arty, AT, and AA - plus some info and motorcycles) that can be brought into play once you've secured a beachhead.

It's a pretty good challenge overall, especially on the first try. It's not too hard (provided you think airborne tactics, not your usual panzer tactics) but it's no walkover either.

I give the scenario: 4 out of 5 stars.

I'd give it 5 of 5 if it wasn't for your ability to trace supply from the map edges. Which allows for some gamey tactics. It's also a bit too easy to reembark your paras and do multiple tactical drops to encircle the poor AI. But still a great scenario, one of my favs.
