Pag Island, Croatia: Amazing Landscape

Is this really Croatia? That was my first impressions when I travelled to this island, which can easily be reached from Zadar for a day trip. Unlike the neighboring areas that are lush and green, this part is really dry and desert-like; it looks more like Middle Eastern countries like Jordan or Oman. Pag Island, an island that is off the travel radar in Croatia. Its topography is weird and its history is dark, but it is a beautiful radar that can definitely be considered a "hidden gem".
