Matt Preston is a globally recognised food critic, TV personality, and author. A founding mentor of MasterChef Australia, Preston spent 11 years captivating audiences worldwide. He has authored eight bestselling cookbooks and the memoir Big Mouth. Passionate about food history and travel, he explores unique culinary traditions, from Mozambique to Sulawesi. His recent ventures include working as a vet's assistant with large wildlife and discovering ancient art.

Nilosree Biswas is an author, filmmaker and columnist who writes about the history, culture, food and cinema of South Asia, the Middle East and the Asian diaspora.

Charlie Bigham’s food business makes 50 recipes every day, eaten by 1 million UK consumers every week. Charlie Bigham’s food is an antidote to ultra processed food: carefully sourced, with sustainability at the forefront, and underpinned by a belief that business can and should be a force for good.

Vir Sanghvi became editor of Bombay magazine at twenty-two, making him the youngest editor in the history of Indian journalism. He went on to edit Imprint and Sunday, then India’s largest-selling weekly newsmagazine. He has been both Editor and Editorial Director of the Hindustan Times and continued as columnist and advisor. His television career includes award-winning shows on the Star TV Network, NDTV, and CNN TV 18. He also has a significant parallel career as India’s leading food and travel writer.
