Hung Gar Moi Fah Kuen - Plum Flower Fist

Presented are two video versions of our Moi Fah Kuen almost 20yrs apart. In 1998 Chiu Wai Si Gung came to Lam Kwoon to share his version of "Moi Fah"

Since my brother Stephen(Red Shirt) and I had already learned the set...we were assigned up front to help demonstrate / teach the set to our kung fu brothers.

In the 1st video, this is the group performing the set after having just learned it in a few hours.

The 2nd video is from 2017 (this year)

I don't post solo sets very often...there are too many Hung Style judges out there with strong opinions thinking it has to be done "their way".

For those who know "Moi Fah"...there are some great applications that apply from this set.
