Acclaimed Irish artist Róisín O returns with her striking new single, Winter With You — a raw and uplifting piano ballad set to the backdrop of Irish winter.

Written in the rugged solitude of County Kerry’s Atlantic coast last January, the song explores the realities of self doubt, and love’s healing power: its ability to lift, to anchor, and to endure even on the hard days.

“I had been struggling a lot to write songs at that time, feelings of inadequacy really crippled me and the more I tried the more I felt I wasn’t good enough.” Róisín reveals. “This song is about finding my voice again, and the beautiful power someone you love can have in lifting you out of a dark place. When you take off the Christmas sequence and wash away the mask you wear for others, it’s the person who picks up the pieces that matters the most, the person who can heal your heart even in the darkest days of winter.”
