The Marxism Conference is held every year in Melbourne and is the largest left wing conference of its kind in Australia. Over 900 attendees participated in Marxism 2015, held over the Easter Long weekend at the Victorian College of the Arts. The conference featured over 90 sessions of discussion and debate across a range of topics including radical Australian history, gender and sexuality, imperialism and the Middle East, Marxist concepts and philosophy, organising workers and trade union struggles, the Radical Reels film festival and more.

Marxism 2016 will take place from Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 March at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia.

Marxism 2016 is Australia's largest left wing conference, held every year over the Easter long weekend in Melbourne, Australia. The conference, which for a number of years has drawn a thousand attendees, will feature local and international guest speakers including:
