The final milestone in my SoR1 No Death ventures: same run as I've done before, plus choosing YES on Mr.X, which puts the player back on stage 6, and he has to go through the last three stages all over again, basically.

Played on original Genesis Model 2, using Everdrive X3 cartridge and 3-button controller.
