Production process description of NPK Extruding Granulation Production line
The whole production is completed by closely combining multiple processes. Each process has rigorous indicator control, which is indispensable. Firstly, technicians develop corresponding fertilizer production formulas based on market demand or customer needs, combined with the market situation of raw materials, and refine them into the amount of raw materials to be added. The workshop staff will carry out the following steps according to the ingredient requirements:
Section 1: Mixing section of raw materials
Mainly for mixing the raw materials
Section 2: Crushing and Mixing Section
Among the raw materials, if there is big lump , we should use the special crusher to crush them into fine powder then mixed again
Section 3: Granulation Section
The powdered material entering the extrusion granulator for granulation . Please attention that during the process of granulation .

Section 4: Drying Section
After granulation, the moisture of the granule is little higher , so the granule was conveyed to the drier to reduce the moisture ;
Section 5: Cooling Section
After the drier , the temperature of the granule is about 70-80 degree, is very high and easy to stick to each other , then the granule was conveyed to the cooler to cooling down the temperature and meanwhile can also reduce the moisture ;
Section 6: screening section
After cooling section , the materials was conveyed to the screen section to separate the fine powder and big granule from the required granule , for the big granule which will be conveyed to the special crusher to crush them into fine powder and then return back with the fine powder from sieving machine to the granulator for granulation again ;
Section 7: Coating Section

After the sieving section , to prevent the granule stick to each other , then the granule was conveyed to the coating machine to coat the anti-caking agent on the surface of the granule To achieve the effect of preventing particle agglomeration or enhancing smoothness, improving the surface smoothness and brightening of particles.
Section 8: Packaging Section
Then The finished product after coating is sent to the automatic weighing and packaging machine for package
Comprehensive dust removal section
The exhaust gas generated during the drying process and cooling process enters the gravity settling chamber for gravity dust removal after passing through the cyclone dust collector. The dust removed exhaust gas then enters the chimney for spray dust removal and is discharged.
