Working on another new feature. This one adds random criminal encounters to the overworld, whereby you will have a chance of finding a group of criminals in certain spots around the city.

This is currently in its early stages, and as such there is only one spot in which they can spawn, but I would like there to be at least one spot in most, if not all districts. I might also throw in a better punishment for death, possibly causing you to return to the police station whenever you die. This could make the extra health, and especially the invincibility red brick much more valuable.
