Update logs:
Both Foreground and Background having animations! (Mainly blinking)
Broken looping background is now fix (I hope lol)
Better Foreground Palette (Based on DEZ Act 1 Palette)
The Doomsday Zone asteroids are now in the background (Because it's cool)
