The Housing market has skyrocketed in the last three months. Homes that are put up for sale on average last less than 30 days! This has been leading to a low inventory, meaning few homes for sale, increasing home prices.

Will this continue indefinitely?
Will house prices eventually drop in late 2020 or early 2021.

Many first time homebuyers are having a difficult time achieving their first purchase. The low interest rates and low inventory lead to a highly competitive market with multiple offers.

.... However, some data suggest that this growth will slow down a bit in the near future. Some experts predict a market softening possibly in the near future!
