Transition: Jennie soaring from SW to S over Kåseberga | Österlen, Sweden | Paragliding - Soaring

This time we follow Jennie on her way over the port of Kåseberga. This transition is possible when the wind direction change from SW to S. Flying over the harbour is a spectacular experience and can be considered executed by pilots with greater experience or in the guidance of an instructor (experienced pilot).

With the right conditions this can become an easy transition and vice versa. Be sure to talk to the locals before attempting the transition, you're not allowed to land in the harbour or in the field above the ridge. A good reference point is the trees nearby the end of the SW ridge, make sure you're just over the tree tops. Jennie is pushing her luck just an inch in this video due to the wind direction and height at which she began the transition.
