"recipe"
two 1.5L pans
2 bags frozen cauliflower "rice"
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 packs lipton (beefy)onion soup mix (or 1 depending on taste)
1/2 can heavy cream
sprinkle of oregano
pepper
2 raw eggs
little bit of dark soy sauce
TINY bit of hot sauce if you dare chipotle tobasco
MIX & put into pans max 2/3 full
slice chicken into bit size and layer on top of mix
cover each piece of chicken of chicken with greek seasoning
then push down into the mix
do 2 layers of chicken this way
when finished add squares of butter on top
convection over 400F for 45 min and check temps
COOK UNCOVERED
lower to 350 if it needs more cooking ~15-20 ish min IDK im not your oven!
