Welcome. I’m Deborah Keene, and this is a community for women in mid-life and beyond who are ready to reclaim their strength, confidence, and inner wisdom.
I’ve spent over 55 years studying, practicing, and teaching yoga, Ayurveda, women’s wisdom, and our connection to nature – both in-person and online.
This path began when I was a teenager—with natural skincare, yoga, horses, and a deep calling to live close to the land and walk the medicine woman’s path.
I also know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, insecurity, and not feeling good enough. I’ve made choices from fear instead of truth—and I’ve learned how to come home to myself again. That lived experience is part of what I share here.
