✨THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Upper Body HIIT Workout ✨

► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells. We're using 15-20 lbs in this workout.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️3 Circuits (2-3 exercises per circuit)
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
✔️Between Each Circuit is a Push Up + Cardio Push (30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, repeat x2 sets)

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣CIRCUIT ONE: PUSH (Chest, Shoulders and Triceps)
1. Single, Single, Double Lat Raises
2. Overhead Triceps
3. Burpee + 2 Push Press

🔥PUSH UPS + CARDIO:
1. Push Up + Dumbbell Drag
2. Lateral Shuffle

2️⃣CIRCUIT TWO: PULL (Back and Biceps)
1. Single Arm Row R/L/Double Arm Reverse Grip
2. W-Curls
3. 2 Rows + Clean + Press

🔥PUSH UPS + CARDIO:
1. Push Up + Row
2. Dumbbells as Ladders Double Runs Front/Back + Backpedal to Restart

3️⃣CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Women Maker
2. Halo + Vertical Press

🔥PUSH UPS + CARDIO:
1. Push Ups
2. Mountain Climbers (MOD: Standing High Knees)
