Big news for the property market from the land of the royals ‘Rajasthan’. In yet another first in the country, Rajasthan becomes the first state to pass the Rajasthan urban land certification of titles bill. This landmark reform is key to modern urban development and gives more power to homebuyers. In a nutshell, the Rajasthan Government will now guarantee land ownership in the state. Once the reform is implemented the property market in the state will be more transparent. In fact this landmark legislation is a paradigm shift in the property market and now other states are expected to follow.
