💼 Role: Management Trainee – Invoice to Cash (Credit Management)
Business Area: Finance & Accounting | Function: Accounts Receivable (AR)

The Management Trainee will drive performance excellence across AR processes — focusing on credit management, order release, and customer risk assessment — while enabling sustainable cash flow and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Conduct Customer Credit Risk Assessments for new and existing clients.
🧾 Manage Customer Setup, Credit Limit definition, and Order Release activities.
💬 Handle Soft Collections, AR Dispute Resolution, and reporting for visibility and compliance.
💡 Identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives across AR workflows.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
💻 Working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP preferred).

⭐ Preferred Skills
🗣️ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
📘 Sound understanding of accounting principles and AR cycle.
📊 Hands-on skills in MS Excel and Word.
🤝 Ability to collaborate across functions and drive efficiency improvements.
